Executive Functioning Strategies
Helping Struggling Students Increase Academic Achievement and Social Emotional Skills
Everyone who works in the field of education will teach students who need support with executive functioning challenges. These students may struggle to make plans, keep track of time, work meaningfully in a group, finish work on time, and seek more information when they need it. Good executive functioning skills enable positive social relations, academic success, and adaptive skills. This workshop series will equip you with proven interventions and strategies to help students succeed academically, manage their emotions, and demonstrate perseverance to attain goals and healthy behaviors.
Teachers will gather instructional strategies to support students with working memory, language, and self-regulation across the academic curriculum.
